Oppose California Bill 178

As you may already know, California recently proposed bills similar to the law that recently passed in New York. This didn’t come as a surprise as it was foreseen by many and the domino pieces will probably continue to fall. However, PMA (Performance Marketing Alliance) is getting a group letter sent to Assembly Committee members responsible for evaluating Bill 178 to oppose it.

If you are a California resident with a business in the state, they need your help. CLICK HERE to add your name to the letter by going to Performance Marketing Alliance’s website. A hearing date for Bill 178 is expected to be heard on April 13, 2009. At this time, if the law does pass, it may or may not affect you. Below are links with additional information:
