Recommend Reconditioned Tools

I recently purchased a combo kit to do some work around the house.

I just needed something small and portable, so my choices came down between the factory reconditioned Milwaukee 2490-82 and new 2490-22 Cordless Driver & Hackzall Combo Kit.

The reconditioned 2490-82 cost $169.55 and the new 2490-22 cost $199.99 (about a $30 difference for a few marks). Most probably wouldn't be able to tell this was a reconditioned combo kit by looking at the picture on the left (took the picture with my phone after I removed the bubble wraps).

I would definitely recommend promoting reconditioned tools: it's cheaper, it's just as good as new, customer receives a full manufacturer warranty and a 100% Tool King Satisfaction guarantee.
