"Free" Tank of Gasoline with an AWESOME Coupon

Question: When is a good time to buy $1,000+ worth of tool(s)?
Answer: When the President of the United States sends you a $600 tax rebate and Tool King has a coupon for $40 off.

The truth is, only if it was that simple. However, $40 off $1,000 or more order is still an awesome deal. The $40 could be applied as getting a free tank of gasoline. We all know how precious a tank of gasoline is now (almost $4 a gallon). For some, it may even cost more to pump gas into the car than their monthly car payments.

It's crazy what people are willing to do for gasoline today. I came across this article on Denver 9News:

Police have arrested two men in connection to a wave of gasoline thefts from vehicles across the metro area. The two are accused of drilling small holes into gas tanks and siphoning out the gasoline.
